Monthly Lunch and Dinner Plans in Islamabad: The Complete Guide
18 August 2026
The word "monthly" makes people nervous. It sounds like a contract, a commitment, a thing you have to get out of later. So let me explain exactly what a monthly meal plan is, how ours works from the first message to the first delivery, and how to pick the right one — the guide I wish someone had written when we started.
What a monthly plan actually is
It's simple: the same fresh meal, cooked the same morning, delivered to the same place at the same time, every working day. You stop thinking about food. That's the whole product.
There is no joining fee and no subscription charge sitting on top. You pay per person per serving day, and the invoice at month end is just your headcount multiplied by the days we actually served you. Team of twenty, twenty-two working days, Economy tier — that's the entire math.
Offices use us the most, but the plan works for any place where the same people eat every day: showrooms, clinics, academies, small factories. If food shows up at your workplace in a rider's bag from a different restaurant every day, a monthly plan is almost always cheaper and always calmer.
The three tiers, honestly explained
We run three menus. Same kitchen, same cooking, different rotation.
Economy — Rs. 250 per head per day. The workhorse. Daal, seasonal vegetables, chicken days every week, and rice dishes like pulao kabab and chana pulao. If your team wants solid, homestyle food at the lowest sensible price, this is it.
Silver — Rs. 300 per head per day. Our most popular plan. More chicken days, dishes like chicken biryani, chicken macaroni and jalfrezi, and it comes as a full thali — raita, salad and two rotti with every meal. Silver also carries a second parallel menu, so most days your team picks between two dishes at the same price.
Gold — Rs. 350 per head per day. The full spread. Chicken karahi, balochi karahi, broast, haleem, beef options on the alternate menu, thali service included. If lunch is part of how you keep your team happy, Gold does that job.
Every week of every tier is published at feastpilaf.com/meal-plans — read the actual menus before you message us. No sales call needed to see the food.
The four-week rotation
Each plan runs on a four-week cycle. Monday of week one is not Monday of week two, so nobody eats the same lunch twice in a fortnight and the "not this again" feeling never arrives. On Silver and Gold, most days offer two options — the main dish or an alternate — which quietly solves the one person in every office who doesn't eat what everyone else eats.
Lunch, dinner, or both
Most of our plans are lunch, but the same menus and the same rates run for dinner too. Evening shifts and offices that work late take dinner delivery. Same kitchen, same fixed time, evening instead of noon.
How the month actually runs
Once you start, three things stay fixed: your menu, your delivery time and your rate. Food travels in shared deghs at no extra charge, or in individual food-grade boxes if your team prefers portions. We agree the delivery time before the first day and then we hold it — offices run on clocks and we know it.
Billing is monthly, on actual serving days. Holiday week? You pay for the days we served, not a flat fee.
If none of the three menus fit
Some teams want to pick every dish themselves. We built a planner for exactly that: choose your tier, pick a dish for each day of the week, and the finished menu lands in our WhatsApp with the price already worked out. It takes about two minutes at feastpilaf.com/customize-plan and works best for teams of twenty or more.
Questions people ask before starting
Is there a minimum headcount? Twenty or more gets you a dedicated route. Smaller team? Message anyway — if you're near an existing route we can usually fit you in.
Which areas do you cover? Soan Garden, PWD, Bahria Town, DHA, Gulberg, Blue Area, the G and I sectors and more — the full list is in our delivery areas post.
Can we taste the food first? Ask us about a sample lunch for your team before you commit. The food is a better salesman than we are.
Can we see the menus without calling anyone? Yes — all four weeks of all three tiers, with prices, at feastpilaf.com/meal-plans.
Who's cooking? A Punjab Food Authority approved kitchen in Soan Garden, run by a family that has been cooking Chinioti food for generations.
Starting is one message
Read the menus, pick a tier, and send us a message on WhatsApp at 0315 9093990 with your headcount and location. We'll confirm your route, fix a delivery time, and lunch starts showing up.
That's the complete guide. No contract, no fine print — just the same good food at the same time every day, and one less thing your office has to think about.
