Office Lunch in Bahria Town and DHA: How Daily Delivery Works
30 August 2026
If your office is in Bahria Town, DHA or Gulberg Greens, you already know the lunch problem. The food courts are far, the delivery apps take forty minutes and charge like it, and half the team ends up eating chips at their desk. A daily lunch plan fixes that — but only if the caterer is actually close enough to make it work every single day.
Ours is. Our kitchen is in Soan Garden, right off the Islamabad Expressway, which puts Bahria Town, DHA, Gulberg, PWD and Naval Anchorage a few minutes down the same road. This post is the honest version of how a daily delivery to those areas actually runs — from the first message to the invoice.
Where exactly we deliver every weekday
- Bahria Town Islamabad — all phases, the Civic Center towers, and the commercial strips. We already serve software houses here, including in the Civic Center.
- DHA Islamabad — Phase 1 and 2, the commercial hubs and the sector offices along the main boulevards.
- Gulberg Greens and Gulberg Residencia — including the offices in the business blocks.
- Soan Garden, PWD, Police Foundation, Naval Anchorage, Korang Town — our home ground; these are the shortest routes we run.
- The rest of Islamabad and Rawalpindi is on our map too — see the full delivery areas list.
Why does distance matter so much? Because lunch is served hot, at a fixed time, five days a week. A kitchen on the other side of the city can do it on a good day. A kitchen fifteen minutes away can do it in monsoon traffic, on a Friday, when the Expressway is a car park.
What a daily delivery looks like, hour by hour
Morning. Cooking starts early for that day's menu — one fresh main per day from the four-week rotation. Nothing is cooked the night before.
Late morning. Food is packed the way you chose: shared daigs with serving spoons for offices that eat together, or individual food-grade boxes for teams that eat at their desks. Boxes are the only extra charge we have — Rs. 20 per head. We wrote a whole post on daigs vs lunch boxes if you're deciding.
Your slot. Every client picks a delivery time when they sign up — 12:30, 1:00, 1:15, whatever your break is. Our routes are built around those times, in order, from Soan Garden outward. The Bahria and DHA runs are among the shortest we do, which is exactly why those clients get the most reliable timing.
Afternoon. With daig service, we collect the empty daigs the next day when we drop the fresh ones. With boxes, there's nothing to return.
What it costs — the same three numbers we publish everywhere
- Economy — Rs. 250 per head: a hearty daily main with rice or roti.
- Silver — Rs. 300 per head: more chicken days, plus a full thali option each day with raita, salad and two roti.
- Gold — Rs. 350 per head: the richest rotation, chicken most days, thali option included.
There is no delivery charge for Bahria, DHA or Gulberg. There is no fuel surcharge, no service fee, no "distance fee". You pay per head for the days we actually serve — public holidays and office closures are never billed. The full math for a real team is in what office lunch actually costs in 2026, and all three menus are on the meal plans page.
Three things to decide before day one
1. Headcount and the flex rule. Tell us your normal number and how much it moves. A team of 30 with 4 people usually on leave is a 26-to-30 plan, and we bill on the number you confirm each day, not the maximum.
2. Daigs or boxes. Shared daigs are free and feel like a proper lunch break; boxes cost Rs. 20 more per head and suit desk-eaters and split-shift teams. Many Bahria offices with a lunch room choose daigs; most DHA and Gulberg software houses on tight schedules choose boxes.
3. Your tier — or your own menu. Pick Economy, Silver or Gold, or build your own weekly rotation with the custom plan builder (for teams of 20 or more). Teams often start on Silver and adjust after the first month.
Taste first — we insist
For any office in these areas considering a monthly plan, we bring a free sample lunch before you commit. Your team eats, your team decides. No contract, no deposit, no "trial fee". If the food isn't better than what you're doing now, you've lost nothing but a lunch hour.
Questions offices in Bahria and DHA ask us
Can you reach a tower on an upper floor? Yes — our riders deliver to reception, the lunch room or the floor, whichever you specify. Tell us about gate passes or building registration on day one.
What about Bahria Enclave and DHA Phase 5? Both are on our routes; they're slightly further from Soan Garden, so we'll agree a realistic slot rather than promise 12:30 and miss it.
Do you need a minimum headcount? The standard plans work from small teams upwards; the custom builder is designed for 20 or more. For a team of 8 to 10, message us — we'll tell you honestly what makes sense.
Can we get an invoice for the company? Yes. We're a registered company with an NTN; monthly invoices go to your finance team with the serving-day count attached.
How to start
Send us three things on WhatsApp at 0315 9093990: your office location, your headcount, and your lunch time. You'll have a quote the same day and a sample lunch on your table within the week. Then, if it works, the food simply keeps coming — every weekday, on time, from a kitchen that is genuinely just down the road.
