Office Lunch Delivery in Islamabad: What It Actually Costs in 2026

The first message we get from a new office is almost always the same four words: what are your rates?
Fair question. But here's the strange thing about the food business in this city — almost nobody answers it in writing. You call, someone says "depends on the menu", you go back and forth for two days, and by the end you still don't know what lunch will cost your team next month.
We think that's backwards. So this post is every number we quote on WhatsApp, published where anyone can read it.
The per head rates
We run three daily lunch and dinner plans, priced per head, per day:
- Economy at Rs. 250
- Silver at Rs. 300
- Gold at Rs. 350
Every plan runs on a four-week rotating menu, so Tuesday's food doesn't reappear on Thursday and the "what are we eating today" question answers itself. The difference between the tiers is what lands on the menu and how often — more chicken days as you go up, richer dishes, and the higher plans carry an alternate thali menu running alongside the main one.

The monthly math for a real team
Per head rates sound small until you multiply them, so let's do it honestly. Take an office of fifteen people, lunch Monday to Friday — about twenty-two working days a month.
- Economy: 250 × 15 × 22 = Rs. 82,500 a month, which is Rs. 5,500 per person
- Silver: Rs. 99,000 a month, or Rs. 6,600 per person
- Gold: Rs. 1,15,500 a month, or Rs. 7,700 per person
Now put that against the alternative your team is probably living right now. The cheapest fast-food deal on a delivery app runs Rs. 600 to 900 once you add delivery and the platform's cut. Order that every working day and one person burns through Rs. 13,000 to 20,000 a month — on the cheapest option. Our Gold plan, the most expensive thing we sell, is about half of that. And it's fresh food cooked that morning, not a daily deal-hunt at 12:45.
Teams that eat with us six days a week just pay per serving day — twenty-six days of Economy comes to Rs. 6,500 per person. There's no monthly subscription fee sitting on top.
The only extra charge we have
Food travels in shared deghs at no extra cost on our regular routes. If your team prefers individual portions, we pack in food-grade PVC boxes for Rs. 20 per head — the sturdy kind that survives the ride, not the flimsy kind that folds into the delivery bag. Twenty-two days of boxes adds Rs. 440 per person for the month.
That's it. No delivery fee on our regular Islamabad and Rawalpindi routes, no service charge, no setup cost. If a quote from us ever has a fourth line item on it, ask for the manager — something's wrong.
What actually moves the price
Four things decide what your office pays, and nothing else: which tier you pick, how many people are eating, how many days a week we deliver, and degh versus boxes. If your office sits far off our usual routes we might need a conversation about timing, but that's a logistics chat, not a surcharge.
When the fixed menus don't fit
Some teams want to choose every single dish themselves. Questions offices ask us
Is there a minimum team size? We suggest twenty or more for a monthly plan — that's when a dedicated route makes sense. Smaller office? Message us anyway. If you're near an existing route we can usually fit you in.
Is delivery really included? On our regular Islamabad and Rawalpindi routes, yes. Where we deliver is covered in our earlier post about the areas we serve.
Can we see the food before committing? Every week of every menu is public at feastpilaf.com/meal-plans, with prices attached. No sales call needed.
What time does lunch arrive? We agree a delivery time when your plan starts and we hold to it. Offices run on clocks; so do we.
Who's cooking? A Punjab Food Authority approved kitchen in Soan Garden, Islamabad, run by a family that's been cooking Chinioti food for generations.
The short version
