Office Dinner Delivery in Islamabad: Night Shifts, Call Centres, Hostels and Late Teams

Islamabad has a second working day that starts around 6 pm. Support teams on US and UK hours in Bahria and Gulberg, call centres in Blue Area and Saddar, dev teams pushing a release, hostels full of students, hospital night staff. They all need dinner, and they all get the worst version of it: a cold sandwich from the corner shop, a Rs. 600 burger that arrives at 9:40, or nothing until they get home at 3 am.

We've quietly run dinner plans alongside our lunch plans for a long time — for hostels and for offices whose day ends after ours starts. This post explains how they work, because most teams don't know they exist.

The short version

Same plans, same prices. Economy Rs. 250, Silver Rs. 300, Gold Rs. 350 per head per meal — the meal plans page applies to dinner exactly as to lunch. Same four-week rotation, same thali-style service on Silver and Gold, same Rs. 20 boxes if you want them.
Delivered when your shift eats — 7 pm, 8:30 pm, 10 pm. Our kitchen is open until 11 pm, so a hot dinner at 9:30 is a normal order, not a special favour.
Cooked in the evening, not reheated lunch. Dinner is its own cooking cycle. Nobody gets the 1 pm biryani at 9 pm.
Billed only on serving days, monthly, with an NTN invoice — the same terms as every plan.

Who actually uses dinner plans

Night-shift and overseas-hours teams. A Bahria software house on US Eastern time has its "lunch" at 9 pm Pakistan time. Their HR doesn't want thirty people ordering thirty different things every night; they want one hot meal at a fixed time, per head, invoiced monthly. That's a dinner plan.

Call centres and BPOs. Shift changes at 7 or 8 pm, high headcount, tight breaks. Boxes per person, delivered before the shift starts, work best — nobody queues at a daig with fifteen minutes to eat.

Hostels and institutes. Student and staff hostels are the original dinner clients. For them dinner is the main meal of the day; a proper thali-style Silver or Gold rotation, in daigs for the mess, is the right fit. Institutions should also read our mess contractor questions.

Late teams, on and off. Some offices only need dinner on release weeks or during audit season. We can run a dinner plan for a fortnight and stop — you're billed for the days served, nothing else.

Lunch and dinner together

Several of our clients take both. There's no bundle price — the per-head rate is already flat — but there is real convenience: one vendor, one invoice, one WhatsApp number, and a kitchen that already knows your building, your gate and your floor. Offices that run two shifts often put the day shift on Silver and the night shift on Gold, or the other way round, depending on who the boss wants to keep happy.

What's different about dinner logistics

Traffic is kinder. Evening routes are faster than the 1 pm rush, so dinner windows are tighter and more reliable, even into Blue Area and Saddar.
Buildings lock down. After 8 pm, many towers restrict access. We register with security once and arrange a handover point — reception, gate, or your floor — so the rider isn't stuck downstairs while dinner cools.
Portions run bigger. Night teams eat more than lunch teams. We plan dinner portions accordingly; tell us if your team is the exception.
Sehri and iftar. In Ramzan, dinner plans shift to iftar and, for hostels, sehri — quoted per client as the month approaches.

Menus

The four-week rotation is the same for dinner: chicken karahi and biryani days, daal makhni, chapli kabab, chicken haleem, kabuli pulao and the rest, depending on tier. Teams of 20 or more can build their own weekly dinner menu in the custom plan builder — night teams often lean heavier on rice dishes and lighter on daal, and the builder lets you do exactly that within your tier's chicken quota.

Questions night teams ask

Can you deliver at 10:30 pm? Yes — anything up to our 11 pm close. Later than that is a conversation, not a no.

Weekend night shifts? Our standard plans run Monday to Friday. Saturday shifts can be added for offices that need them; ask when you set up.

Do you deliver dinner in Rawalpindi? Yes — Bahria 7–8, DHA, Airport Road, Saddar and the rest of our Rawalpindi routes, with the same evening advantage on traffic.
