Office Lunch and Catering in Rawalpindi: Saddar, Chaklala, Bahria Phase 7–8 and Beyond
7 September 2026
Most Islamabad caterers treat Rawalpindi as "we can do it, but…". Our kitchen sits in Soan Garden, on the Islamabad Expressway — which is the road to Rawalpindi. Half of Bahria Town is technically Pindi. DHA is Pindi. The Airport Road belt is Pindi. We've been feeding the Rawalpindi side for as long as the Islamabad side, and this post lays out exactly how, area by area, with the same prices we publish everywhere.
Where in Rawalpindi we deliver daily
- Bahria Town Phase 7 and 8 — the closest to us of anywhere on this list; a short Expressway run. Offices in the commercial blocks, Bahria Springs, and the Phase 8 towers.
- DHA Phase 1, 2 and the Giga Mall / GT Road belt — the corporate offices along DHA's main boulevards and the business towers near Giga.
- Airport Road, Gulraiz, Chaklala Scheme and Chaklala Cantt — showrooms, banks, institutes and the cantonment offices.
- Saddar and Mall Road — the old commercial heart: banks, offices above the markets, law chambers, colleges.
- Peshawar Road, Westridge, Rawalpindi Cantt — offices and institutions along the road.
- 6th Road, Satellite Town, Commercial Market, Rawal Road — academies, clinics and small business floors.
The full twin-cities list, Islamabad side included, is in our delivery areas post.
How the Pindi routes actually work
Honesty first: Bahria 7–8 and DHA are among our shortest runs anywhere. Saddar, Chaklala and Peshawar Road are longer — typically 30 to 45 minutes from Soan Garden depending on the Murree Road and Airport Road traffic. We don't pretend otherwise; we plan for it.
- Earlier departure, insulated carriers. Pindi runs leave the kitchen first, packed hot in lidded daigs or sealed boxes inside insulated carriers. Food that's cooked at 11 and served at 1 is still hot at 1.
- Your break decides the route, not our convenience. Tell us your lunch time when you sign up; the Rawalpindi route is built backwards from every client's slot, same as Blue Area.
- One rider, one route, every day. The same rider learns your building, your gate and your floor. Cantt areas with passes are sorted in the first week.
Same prices — no "Pindi surcharge"
Our daily office lunch plans cost exactly what they cost in Islamabad: Economy Rs. 250, Silver Rs. 300, Gold Rs. 350 per head, fresh main every weekday on a four-week rotation, shared daigs free or individual food-grade boxes at Rs. 20 per head. No delivery charge on our regular Rawalpindi routes, no fuel fee, billing only for the days we actually serve. The menus are on the meal plans page and the monthly math is worked out in what office lunch actually costs.
Event catering is the same story: hi-tea from Rs. 900, set menus from Rs. 940, corporate menus from Rs. 1,600 to Rs. 4,500 per head, family dawat deals from Rs. 12,000 — all itemised on the event menu. Rawalpindi weddings at the marquees on Airport Road, GT Road and the Bahria side are a regular part of our calendar; our wedding catering guide applies word for word.
What Rawalpindi offices tend to order
A few patterns from years of Pindi routes, for what they're worth:
- Saddar and Mall Road offices lean Economy and Silver with boxes — tight spaces, staggered breaks, no lunch room.
- Bahria and DHA software houses look exactly like their Islamabad counterparts: Silver or Gold, boxes, the custom plan builder for teams of 20 or more.
- Institutes and academies in Chaklala and Satellite Town often take shared daigs for staff rooms — the free option — and add a Friday biryani order on top.
- Cantt offices care most about the gate pass being sorted once and the time being kept; both are day-one conversations for us.
Home dawats and daigs on the Pindi side
For families in Bahria, DHA, Gulraiz, Chaklala and Satellite Town, the family dawat deals (Rs. 12,000 for 5–6, Rs. 20,000 for 10–12) and single-dish orders — tikka biryani by the kilo, Chinioti kunna, haleem — deliver just as they do in Islamabad. Give us a day for the bigger ones; smaller orders are often same-day if you call before noon.
Questions Rawalpindi clients ask
Do you really deliver to Saddar every day, not just "on request"? Yes — daily, on a fixed route, for monthly clients. It's a longer run, so we agree a realistic slot up front rather than promising 12:30 and missing it.
Can we get the free sample lunch in Rawalpindi? Yes, anywhere on the list above. Send your location, headcount and lunch time; we'll bring it within the week.
Is there a minimum for Pindi routes? The same as everywhere: the standard plans work from small teams upwards; the custom builder is designed for 20 or more. For a very small team far down the route, we'll tell you honestly if it makes sense.
Do you invoice with NTN for Rawalpindi companies? Yes — we're a registered company; monthly invoices with serving-day counts go to your finance team wherever you are.
