We deliver daily across Islamabad and Rawalpindi — Blue Area and the F, G and I sectors, Bahria Town, DHA, Gulberg Greens, PWD, Soan Garden, Police Foundation and surrounding areas. Our kitchen is in Soan Garden, and on-site event catering covers the whole twin cities.
How is a monthly plan billed?
You pay per head for the days we actually serve — weekdays only, so public holidays and office closures are never charged. The monthly amount is simply your per-head rate multiplied by your headcount and the number of serving days.
Can I pause or cancel my plan anytime?
Absolutely. All plans are flexible: pause, skip, or cancel anytime through a simple message. No long-term contracts.
Can I build my own custom meal plan?
Yes. Use our Customize Your Plan builder to choose a tier, pick a dish for every day of the week, and send the finished menu to us on WhatsApp. Custom plans are designed for offices, universities and teams of 20 or more people.
Do you accommodate dietary preferences?
Yes. Our menus include chicken, beef, vegetable and daal options every week, and custom plans let you choose exactly what your team eats each day. Tell us about allergies or no-beef guests when you book and we plan around them.
Can we taste the food before signing up?
Yes. For offices and institutions considering a monthly plan, we arrange a sample lunch so your team can judge the food first. Message us on WhatsApp with your headcount and we will set a date.
Do you provide daily lunch delivery for offices and universities?
Yes. We deliver fresh lunch and dinner every weekday to offices, software houses and educational institutions across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, including canteen services at PMAS Arid Agriculture University and the Institute of Space Technology.
Do you cater events and weddings?
Yes. From intimate gatherings of 10 to grand weddings of 500+ guests, we craft custom menus, handle setup, and deliver an unforgettable dining experience — mehndi, barat, walima, corporate dinners, hi-teas and family dawats.
How much does event catering cost per head?
Our event prices are published on the Event Menu page: hi-tea packages at Rs. 900 and Rs. 999 per head, Pilaf set menus from Rs. 940 to Rs. 1,390 per head, and corporate menus from Rs. 1,600 to Rs. 4,500 per head. Staff, staging, lighting and décor are priced separately so you only pay for what you need.
Do you have dawat deals for smaller family gatherings?
Yes. Family dawat deals start at Rs. 12,000 for 5 to 6 persons and Rs. 20,000 for 10 to 12 persons, and bulk degh-style catering deals run from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 100,000 for 25 to 60 guests. All are listed with their dishes on the Event Menu page.
Is Feast Pilaf a registered, food-authority-approved caterer?
Yes. Feast Pilaf is a registered company with an NTN, a registered trademark, a member of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and our kitchen is approved by the Punjab Food Authority — so we can issue proper invoices for your finance department.
